Saint Elizabeth University

Designing the systems—and the story—that support a student’s entire journey

Saint Elizabeth University is a Catholic liberal arts institution grounded in access, transformation, and a deep sense of community. Since 2022, we’ve partnered with SEU as embedded design and strategy support—working across departments to shape a more consistent and accessible experience for students, families, and internal teams.

Our work began with the university’s website. From there, we’ve helped redesign communications, streamline digital tools, launch new campaigns, and rebuild trust in the visual identity and brand voice.

Rebuilding the Website for Real Use

SEU’s website had become outdated, difficult to update, and misaligned with the institution’s needs. We designed and built a new site on the Modern Campus CMS, collaborating across leadership, enrollment, faculty, and advancement to clarify structure, content, and tone.

The new site is clean, accessible, and aligned with SEU’s mission—built to support both prospective students and current users, and designed for long-term internal management. We continue to maintain and update the site in close partnership with the university’s communications team.

Supporting the Systems Behind the Message

In addition to the public-facing site, we also manage several of SEU’s core communications systems, including:
  • Internal email messaging platform administration
  • Online academic calendar, developed with the registrar
  • Campus-wide digital signage system, including design, scheduling, and rollout

Each of these tools supports daily operations and campus-wide coordination. We keep them running, consistent, and on-message.

Admissions: Rebuilding the Toolkit

Our redesign of the Traditional Undergraduate (TUG) Viewbook gave admissions advisors a stronger, more adaptable recruitment tool. Built with input from across the institution, it reframes SEU’s offerings with clarity, strong visuals, and a structure that speaks directly to prospective students.

From that foundation, we created:
  • A travel-friendly trifold brochure
  • A social-ready acceptance packet with a pop-out ID photo prop
  • A full library of degree-specific program sheets
Each piece is part of a larger system: reusable, consistent, and easy to update.

Campaigns That Drive Action

Five Reasons Campaign

To support late-stage enrollment, we developed a nimble campaign that centered on SEU’s most compelling attributes. With bold icons, plain language, and fast turnaround, we launched a suite of postcards, social ads, and digital graphics that helped generate renewed interest—and tangible enrollment gains.

Advisement Campaign

Working with SEU’s Student Success team, we created a multi-platform campaign encouraging early registration and academic planning. Through clear messaging, branded graphics, and step-by-step materials, the campaign gave students a stronger framework for staying on track to graduation.

Commencement That Feels Like SEU

We designed the university’s stage drapery, programs, and visual system for Commencement—offering a consistent, dignified brand experience that’s now carried forward year after year.

Evolving the Brand Voice: Power Your Possible

Because here, you will soar!

Early in our work with SEU, we helped shape an interim brand message:
 “Because here, you will soar.”
It served as a much-needed unifier in the post-COVID landscape and helped bring consistency to student-facing communications.

Power Your Possible

That language laid the foundation for SEU’s current brand campaign:
Power Your Possible.

We implemented the new system across materials—designing updated swag, rolling out campaign graphics, and aligning language across platforms. Power Your Possible now anchors SEU’s visual identity and external messaging.

A Creative Partnership That Grows with the Campus

From recruitment to retention, internal systems to public outreach, we support SEU in showing up with consistency, clarity, and care. This isn’t just creative work—it’s long-term infrastructure support, strategy, and trust-building across every level of the institution.
