  • Nobody else. We don’t do shady stuff.

8. Payment Processing & Collaboration Tools

  • Trello
    We use Trello (a service of Atlassian) for client communication and project management. If you are invited to a Trello board, Trello will process your personal information including your name, email address, and usage data according to their own Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing their policy before accepting any board invitations.
  • Stripe
    We use Stripe to securely process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment and billing information is processed directly by Stripe and governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:
  • Provide the services you requested
  • Meet legal and financial requirements
  • Resolve disputes or troubleshoot

Once it’s no longer needed, we securely delete it.
