Gallop NYC

Designing for dignity, strength, and the healing power of horses

GallopNYC provides therapeutic horsemanship programs to children and adults with disabilities—building strength, confidence, and connection through work with horses. Their mission is deeply embodied: grounded in movement, care, and trust.

Stoneroller has been honored to support this work through ongoing design partnerships that amplify their message and lighten their load—delivering strategy-driven print and campaign materials that reflect the beauty and impact of what they do every day.

Creating the Materials That Bring a Mission to Life

From development outreach to donor engagement, GallopNYC needed communications that carried both clarity and heart. We designed print and digital materials that could adapt across seasons—each piece grounded in the organization’s core values of inclusion, empowerment, and respect.

We provided full design support for two consecutive Barn Dance galas, including the 2023 event, which served as a cornerstone for annual fundraising and community-building.

For each gala, we created:
  • Custom visual identity and event branding
  • Invitations and save-the-dates
  • Event programs and signage
  • Social media graphics to extend the reach
Each element was designed to build anticipation, strengthen donor relationships, and celebrate the riders at the center of the mission.

Building Campaigns That Feel Personal and Powerful

The Barn Dance campaigns weren’t just event promotions—they were fully integrated fundraising efforts. Working closely with the development team, we crafted storytelling assets and visual systems that supported email outreach, social posts, print mailers, and in-person materials.

Everything worked together to lift up GallopNYC’s message: that therapeutic riding isn’t just powerful—it’s transformative.

“GallopNYC has been thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality and remarkable efficiency of Stoneroller Cooperative's work. Moreover, collaborating with Libby has been an absolute delight and we're so excited to continue partnering with her on design work moving forward.”

Design That Holds Space for the Work

Throughout all of our materials, the riders remain front and center—never tokenized, never sidelined. Photography by Maddy Falkowitz, provided and licensed by the client, was thoughtfully integrated to ensure each story was told with dignity and care.

We approach this work the way GallopNYC approaches theirs: with patience, presence, and a commitment to getting it right.
