- Stoneroller leads the class through an age-appropriate talk about the history of showing up with signs to support or protest events
- We cover the ways we can make signs that are legible, beautiful, and effective
- We discuss why we must always stay on the right side of history, using faith and principles to guide our messaging*
- Stoneroller then leads the group through the basics of seeking consensus so that small groups can create a poster together.
- The class is then excouraged make their own individual posters.
- If we have the time and space, we then go on a peaceful march, practicing how we can show up and be heard!
- We provide the materials as part of the class fee
- We bring our tools so every student can have the same access to them.
- Stoneroller provides a handout for each studnet with suggested materials for personal practice
